SHIT! RETURN IS IMPOSSIBLE!
We don't watch much TV. I ordered this because our Roku Express remote stopped working. It takes more time to program this than the number of TV shows we watch weekly. We'll return to using the Roku Remote app. When I tried to get a refund and return the item, I can't print the return label. I need to either drop it off at a UPS pickup location or ask UPS to pick it up. My nearest drop off point is 60 miles away and I work and am not home during the day to pick up the UPS. Item arrived via USPS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, DON'T ORDER!
