Dirty Set Does Not Match Photos

Does Not Match Pictures - the words 'Birth Certificate' are not printed on the paper. The ink is invisible at first and eventually shows up, so it's hard to tell if you've done a good job with it. The prints ended up okay, but it's almost impossible not to get smudges as all paper is ink sensitive. You use a tissue to cover your baby's foot, but the ink in the tissue ends up on your hands as well. Next time I'll use a real stamp pad.
