The HDMI connector is loose.
After a few months of use, the monitor just stopped displaying an image. If you move the HDMI connector, the image will come back for a short time and then go out again. We never turn off this port, so this problem popped up by itself. It will be interesting to find out how to make a warranty claim. Update: I spoke to a very helpful customer service rep who was very understanding and helped us with a warranty claim. As a result, I'm increasing my rating!
