After reading all the reviews I decided to purchase this product. It arrived on time and after unpacking the item made a good impression. Fits my iPad perfectly, connects quickly via Bluetooth and works great, but this product has no LED light on the keyboard to let you know if it's on or off, and no indicator to let you know that Bluetooth is on or working. . But after speaking to support, he explained that the keyboard lights up and my contrast is completely reduced. It also has several different colors to choose from. Just a week after owning this device, I went out on the patio early one morning with my iPad, I went in for a cup of coffee and it started raining heavily. When I got to my iPad (a few seconds later), the keyboard was soaking wet. I brought my iPad in and tipped it sideways into the sink to drain the water and there was quite a bit of water in the keyboard. I tried to use the keyboard and strange characters appeared. I removed the keyboard from my iPad and vacuumed up the remaining water with a small store bought vacuum and stored it in a large ziplock bag with rice and a few silicone bags for a few days to dry the keyboard. After 5 days I reconnected the keyboard to the iPad, turned it on and tried to connect to the bluetooth. I made several connection attempts (connection failed) and after several attempts the iPad finally connected to the Bluetooth. I tested the keyboard again and some keys didn't press and some keys pressed strange characters. I called support and explained what happened and they said my Zagg had a 1 year warranty and they would replace it for free. He sends a brand new Zagg with a prepaid return label, he said they would charge my CC until they return the damaged keyboard and credit my CC.
