Works, if in doubt go up one size on current rating

Works alright. Does not provide a full 10amps. Using a ryobi 4ah 18 volt battery and this regulator to power a pump. At 9.5amps and 12vdc the pump is rated at, on a 9.5amp load the voltage drops to 11.6vdc which in turn makes the pump run slower. Ill end up getting a 20amp which I probably should have done in the first place. It does work fairly well, just Honestly a little undersized for my usage. 4ah battery ran the pump about 22 minutes which, with inefficiency factored in is about spot on.
