Review on Bookwize by Jacob Seymour

It was very simple for our staff members to work within this software package since it had all that they needed at their fingertips (booking agent/manager) plus more! There isn't anything I dislike about using bookwise other than when we are updating or changing information there can be some confusion if you're not familiar wtih how everything works - but once you learn the ins & out then its great!! The best thing i like most abaout bookWise so far has been being able to easily check room availabilities before making calls which saves time and resources otherwise spent calling hotels looking up availability only to find rooms already booked etc..

We have also used them to keep track of guest feedback through surveys which helps us improve service and stay updated on any issues guests may face while staying here. Also helped me see what my top performing properties were by doing quick analysis via charts / graphs created from data pulled into.
