Poor product design
The popper works fine. However, the device is poorly constructed with burst and unejected cores scattered all over the tabletop and floor. The clear plastic chute needs to be larger to allow the popcorn to flow down into your bowl. It's a shame because mechanically it works well, but popcorn flying all over the kitchen is a big problem!
