It scratches/scratches my parquet floor.
This is my second purchase. The mop handle of the first no longer snaps into place after spinning. I bought a second one because I liked the performance of the first one on my 64 year old hardwood floors. Although I was disappointed with the mop handle, the product held up better than the 'as shown on TV' ones that are phased out every few months and I was happy to buy a new one. Then I used it. The mop bucket is leaking. The bottom of the mop scratches/scratches my delicate renovated floors. Help. They need to be wiped gently with a barely damp mop.
