Broke in the first 5 minutes.

I had this for a month before trying it, then it broke within the first few minutes of starting to wash the car. Of course it was a day after the return date and there is no information on how to contact the manufacturer. Spent $20 don't do it All I need is a plastic tip that connects the pole to the mop head but without it it's all useless.
