I am ordering two compartments, the first connects very easily and is a solid and reliable unit. Couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, the second block was missing two shelf spacers. When they arrived the packaging was in pretty rough condition and the hole in the box was sealed and sealed with tape. Revane says they can't just ship the two missing pieces, they're shipping a brand new unit and they want the old one back. I explained that it would be almost impossible to repackage in every shipping condition, but that's what they want. The plan is to carefully extract the two missing pieces from the spare racks they supplied and then ship them the rest. Waste of money but hey, there are a lot of them!
