My favorite pencil. Candy for Coloring Lovers

I didn't know chalk pens existed until I read a review mentioning them. I started looking and came across this brand. I'm so glad I found them on my first chalk pen hunt. The STABILLO CarbOthello chalk pastel pencils are very interesting to work with. I'm usually very happy with the finished image and I especially like using them for grayscale tinting. I first bought a 24 piece set and was so in love with this set that I wanted more color options. They are supplied in an easy to open hinged tin can. Pens are stacked in two tiers with thumb rests on the top shelf for easy stacking/unpacking. They are numbered but have no color names. In this set you will find different shades of the following colors: enough color variety for a colorist to paint portraits, landscapes, animals and almost all line art 1 white 1 beige/sand (suitable for skin tones) 10 brown tones (from very light to very dark) 8 green (bluish, from linden tree to tree leaves, grass) 8 blue (childish, light, dark, greenish, etc.) 4 yellow (from very pale to light) 3 purple, mauve (sorry, but these three colors are a bit difficult to see .) 3 orange 3 gray 2 gold 1 black 1 red 2 reddish pink orange 1 blush 1 paper blender 1 eraser 1 sharpener My descriptive color names may not be accurate, but I hope you can get a good idea Colors in the set contain. You can also see the colors in the images below. ADVANTAGES: Easy to use Gives beautiful rich colors Easy to dry blending Easy to sharpen Good longevity. Beautiful pastel tones. Can be smeared with a finger or tissue paper for even colour/fine detail. Colors may not be as vivid as wax or oil pencils. Even after the colors have set fairly well, it's important to place a clean piece of paper, napkin, or something else under the painting hand when you're done drawing. Otherwise, small marks of color may remain on the skin. I always color a small part of my painting, mix the colors and remove the chalk dust before painting the other part. I've never had stains on a finished color image. My finished paintings have retained their color well; However, there is a preservative that can be used for shelf life. My set arrived pretty messed up with a few broken tips. The tin box was in a flimsy plastic envelope so they could be tossed and mishandled throughout the shipping journey. The tin can offers fairly good protection; Howeverโ€ฆโ€ฆ.
