Review on πŸ”‘ Logitech Craft Wireless Keyboard with Input Dial & Backlit Keys, Dark Grey & Aluminum - Advanced Creative Tool by Pin Lin ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

I read the reviews for a long time and doubted whether it was worth taking the keyboard. Also, I doubted whether I would get used to the dual layout for Mac and Vin. Separately, there are such keyboards, and the norms work, but when they are together on the same keyboard, sometimes I put the letter "Ё" instead of "/" and vice versa. It's a matter of habit. Extremely comfortable keys. By themselves, in their form, and in the operation of the mechanism. The stroke is short, the mechanism has a pleasant return to the fingers, while the sound is quiet. In general, the ergonomics are as comfortable as MacBook keyboards (down to the "butterfly" mechanism). Not surprisingly, the keyboard is positioned as a tool incl. for writers - it was for this purpose that he acquired it. I thought that for Win it is impossible to find a really decent and uncompromising keyboard for work, not for games. I was wrong :) Automatic backlighting that turns on when you touch the keyboard - works like magic - it feels like the engineers wanted to justify such a price for a seemingly ordinary keyboard. By itself, it is just as well tailored and firmly sewn, as befits the price segment. Many in the reviews noted the strange sound of the wheel - either they don’t understand something, or I’m very lucky, but it works fine for me. Clicks are normal, they should be here. True, I use the wheel exclusively as a volume control and the "Play / Pause" button. The only thing I noticed was the battery life. The keyboard charges via USB Type-C, and does so fairly quickly, but drains just as quickly. I left it on, after 2 days it was completely discharged, although I only used it for 4-6 hours on two evenings in a row. In principle, wireless is a rare option for me, I bought it primarily for ergonomics. Well, disconnect it from the PC and move to another table with it in the evening and work on a wireless connection - this is quite possible. Then I put it back on the table, connect the charger - and that's it. In general, not a problem, if you do not set the task of 100% of the time to work wirelessly.

Pros
  • Ergonomics of keys and backlight, design, click sound, wheel.
Cons
  • Battery life.
