So the first time I ordered one of these with all the levels and USPS shipped it to my neighbor's house and she said she didn't have it, 3rd Person I ordered it from and said he couldn't replace it because he no longer sells them because they were recalled. Revane told me to take this up with a third party so I lost $50 so I bought another old weather from the same third party basement It wasn't with all the levels I originally ordered it with so I am a bit upset about this and i feel like revain or a third party should give me my money back or give me the product without having to pay for it again so thats my opinion on this product but in general i can say that the product is as it is but it only comes with the oil trimmer 1 lithium battery per trim ep and a rechargeable lithium battery well i think it's two lithium batteries. So if you use one you can charge the other and there is also a small brush included to clean the trimmer. That's all I expected In fact you can get different levels of the haircut what I originally ordered so it was $50 down the drain and then I bought another one for $35 so it was $85 down the drain . the ones you buy would be my advice 👍
