Review on NutriGold by James Hardin

I was eager to check out NutriGold's online store because I appreciate excellent customer service, and when I noticed their assurance that customers will have the finest experience possible, I was even more eager. However, I had a really disappointing experience with their store. First of all, I had trouble navigating their website and finding the information I needed. It took me a few tries to find the item I was looking for, and even then, I wasn't positive it was the right one. I was dismayed to discover that the goods was not as promised when I eventually received my order. I was disappointed since it fell short of my expectations and because the store had promised to stand behind its goods. In an effort to get the problem fixed, I contacted their customer care department, but sadly they weren't attentive or helpful. Dealing with them was frustrating, and I felt that my worries weren't being taken seriously. Overall, I had a negative shopping experience with NutriGold.com. Despite their assurances, I was not satisfied and would not suggest their store to anyone.
