Ruined the colored leather on my boots

So things ruined the color of the red leather accents on my boots. These shoes only last two days, I sprayed them with Aged Leather Pros the same day I received them. The color was light and dense, now it looks aged and flaky. The description doesn't say it can't be used on colored skin.
