The interface of the platform is very easy to use. It is very secure and the customer support is very good. I have not come across any problem with the platform. So far so good. I have not faced any problem with the platform. I am using the platform to store and exchange documents. I am using it to store and exchange documents of my company with my clients. It is a very secure platform. The best thing about this service was that I could do my research from home without having any physical presence there or being at an office during business hours! There were times when we couldn't access our files due to server issues but they quickly fixed them for us so no worries here!! We used their virtual meeting space as well where clients can meet with me remotely via video conferencing while still remaining private/confidential (no face time).
