If I could give this product less stars, I would. Setting it up was easy, I even got my dog to use it 1 time. Then, as I sat on my couch with my daughter, watching both channels, it went off and nothing touched it; or even be near him. We found it strange. Then no more problems for the rest of the night until I fell asleep. When it turned off and I was in such a dead dream I didn't even realize what it was, I checked everything around me, then I fell asleep again and it woke me up again, I got up and turned it off . My dog wasn't there, he was in my room with me next to my bed. If you enjoy random awakenings in the middle of the night to keep yourself energized, this could be for you. The instructions also said to pull out the insulating strip on the transmitters, there was none and they would light up when they came out of the box which led me to believe I had received a returned product.
