Well, the new version is even better than the original. The 304 stainless is still beautifully machined, but is now just a tad lighter for better spinning, and there are one or two design changes, which make for a stronger cup with even more crema, and the crema seems sweeter to my taste.You should experiment with coffee brands, grinds, amounts and how hard you tamp.
