Foolishly used ziploc bags in the past for this type of work. I am now a convert. And I understand comments from others regarding the importance of having a textured bag. It doesn't slide in your hands.So far I've only used it for chocolates. Fill the bag, then place this bag inside a freezer ziploc. Place this in my electric skillet that maintains my hot water for melting chocolate. Turn every once in a while to melt evenly. No problem with bags melting.Will definitely buy again when these 400 bags are close to running out.
