Good humidity monitor for people on a budget. Pretty accurate and lets me know when the humidity is going up or down over the winter months. We have a small humidifier and this monitor helps us regulate its usage. We had an Accurite that we bought from Revain last winter. It wasn't that accurate and stopped working at the end of the winter season. I know a lot of people say that no humidity monitor in this price range is accurate, but I really don't care 5% off --- I want to medically keep my indoor humidity at 40-60% during the winter months when our heating element is making the air dry. The La Crosse Technology monitor gives me the information I need and is designed to last for years. If you need it --- I recommend this monitor.
