This mop is great! Got this to replace my old Shark steam mop model and they improved it by adding a removable water tank. The old one was difficult to fill using the special thin cup Shark provided to pour water into the tank that was in the mop. I had to pick up the mop off the floor to pour water. Now, with this new and improved design, I break off the container and fill it from the sink faucet, put the lid back on and put the mop back on! I also like the detachable mop pad. You can remove the washing machine with some bleach after mopping and throw it in, or if you want to mop the bathroom floor and then mop the kitchen floor, you can turn off the mop, wait for the pad to cool, remove the pad and rinse in the sink after spraying of bleach to disinfect, wring it out well and put it back on the mop to finish cleaning the rest of the house. It is also easy to use for pets. The reason I took a star off the rating is due to the short cord. I wish it was longer. Otherwise I love this mop and can only recommend it!
