I have been diagnosed with PMDD which causes severe anxiety and trouble sleeping. The doctor wanted to prescribe me anti-anxiety medication, but I am very afraid to take it. I've heard a lot of good things about them, so I decided to try them out first. They are very easy to swallow and have no bad smell or taste. The first few nights they gave me queasy stomach which didn't help me sleep well but after that they helped me sleep better. PMDD is a hormonal issue and causes problems about 10 days a month and I have yet to see if they help with anxiety during any of those periods. I feel like my head has cleared a bit, so maybe that's a good sign. I'll update this review later once I've done one of those 10 day stretches. Also, it seems like a really great price for such a quantity.
