Not bad considering the natural ingredients!
To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the results of this pre-workout after using the C4 Sport. Sport has definitely given me more energy. .Unfortunately I had to stop using this due to acne getting out of control. So I switched to this one as it doesn't contain any pimple-causing artificial sweeteners. I still get a lot of energy and the taste isn't bad and my acne is gone so I have to give it 5 stars.
