Most mouth guards are not suitable for dental work and I bought these for my son who had pads in his mouth. In fact, my friend suggested doing this for his 10 year old since both boys play basketball. They didn't work well with two boy spacers in the mouth. So it may or may not work for all dental work. This is not Lite Bite's fault as after removing the pads they worked very well! However, the cooperation with their supplier is fantastic, which is why I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Simply put, it may not have worked for us, but I would consider trying again in the future when the boys have grown out of their dental work. Kudos to Jimmy from LiteBite for contacting us directly and providing great service and support!
