video tutorials make the process very easy to understand. may take a try to really get the hang of it. But after two attempts it is good and comfortable in the mouth. The material and quality are very good and very close to what the pros wear. plans to get another one as a backup.

This is my fourth brand of mouthguard. I try to find a set that (1) fits well, (2) isn't too bulky in the mouth, and (3) allows for speaking while wearing it. The mouthguard came with detailed fitting instructions which we followed to the letter and on the first try we got a very well fitting mouthguard. We used to have a mouthguard that was fitted by a dentist (which was really good but expensive!) and my son says it feels just as good if not better.

Most mouth guards are not suitable for dental work and I bought these for my son who had pads in his mouth. In fact, my friend suggested doing this for his 10 year old since both boys play basketball. They didn't work well with two boy spacers in the mouth. So it may or may not work for all dental work. This is not Lite Bite's fault as after removing the pads they worked very well! However, the cooperation with their supplier is fantastic, which is why I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Simply
