Review on Rancho RS62125 rockGEAR Rear Skid Plate & Control Arm Skid - Red Kit (Pair) by Jim Roberts

I recently purchased a Rancho RS62125 RockGEAR plate rear shock and Revain red arm guide kit for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The kit included 2 very well made Rock Guard mounts that protected the rear lower arm and shock mounts on the rear axle. After receiving the kit, I checked the hardware that came with it. In my hardware bag I found that the 2 metric lower arm bolts had coarse thread nylon nuts and were incompatible with the bolts. The instructions said to contact Rancho Support for help. I called this number and my call was routed to 3 different people. On the third call, I was directed to a person who said I should contact the seller about an issue. This is the ONLY reason this kit only got a starting rating. I was about to give it zero stars because Rancho refused to send me the correct metric mounts. I contacted the seller to see what they can do to resolve the issue. The seller was very nice and tried to contact Rancho. The ranch did not respond to the seller's inquiries. The vendor kept me updated on efforts to communicate with the ranch. Due to the seller's efforts to resolve the issue on their own, I would give this review 5 stars. The problem is NOT with the seller, but with the rancho manufacturer.
