More Spotlights

These lights emit a significant amount of light but they do not spread the light over a large distance, the point of this light has a very narrow beam both in height and for about 50 feet. The flux is great, spreads well and is very bright without the dark areas found on many lights on the market. In general, the flashlights are well built, bright, and draw 2.2 to 2.8 amps at 12-14 volts. The amperage increases as the case heats up, I ran it on the bench for about 45 minutes with no air flowing through the lights and the cases got warm but not warm enough to be concerned. Mounting brackets are strong but not very versatile and difficult to install, especially in cases where you want to mount the bracket on a surface where you can't drill a hole and put a nut on the back. I installed fiberglass nutserts and it was extremely difficult to direct the light in the right direction.
