Review on MiTBA Champagne Bottle Sealer - Stopper for Perfect Preservation by Lance Harrison

Ordered 2 weeks ago and received a few days ago. Didn't work, didn't hold air pressure. The instructions were sufficient, but the seal wasn't tight enough to prevent the print from escaping. To make matters worse when I went to Revain to return I was told it was non-refundable even though the website description says there is a 60 day money back guarantee. I was finally able to make my point on this controversy clear to Revane, and I was given credit. UPDATE 1/13/18. Following my review above, I was contacted by Tamara from MiTBA Kitchenware. She was very concerned about my experience and offered to send me a replacement. She asked me a few questions to find out why my cork wasn't working and I sent a photo of the bottle it was used on. I received the replacement today and it works as it should so I am very happy with the product and how MiTBA maintains their product.
