    Excellent customer service. Our product arrived and broke after the first use. I emailed the company and got a response within 24 hours that another item was on the way. Tamara was our contact and kept in touch as to when we would receive the product and wanted to make sure the replacement worked.     Dangerous. Randomly exploded and grenades went everywhere.

    Ordered 2 weeks ago and received a few days ago. Didn't work, didn't hold air pressure. The instructions were sufficient, but the seal wasn't tight enough to prevent the print from escaping. To make matters worse when I went to Revain to return I was told it was non-refundable even though the website description says there is a 60 day money back guarantee.
