Good latch for van parts and accessories

I like the spring loaded arm so it doesn't wobble. The two things I don't like are that I had to bend the locking lever because it doesn't fit into the receiver at an angle. There isn't a big one. A vise, a 3 pound hammer and a couple of smacks and it has the flex it needs. It's a bit difficult to unlock due to the voltage in the receiver, but overall does a good job.
