The lever is a little weak and the holes do not match the old holes! Installed, let's see how it goes! The one I replaced was plastic so I hope it lasts longer!

Stainless steel to replace the plastic door holder. I lost two plastic t-shirts that just disappeared along the way. Not with that anymore. Spring loaded to keep T-bar up and out of the way when not in use.

This is a very well made stainless steel front door latch, unfortunately the holes didn't match the original plastic latch holes and I didn't want to drill any more holes in my motorhome so I wasn't able to install it.

Delivery without fastening material, hence 3 stars. It required a trip to Lowe for flat door mounts and screws (as well as a tube of clear outer silicone). Once installed (and left to dry overnight) it works as expected. Nothing flashy, just a door holder.

I like the spring loaded arm so it doesn't wobble. The two things I don't like are that I had to bend the locking lever because it doesn't fit into the receiver at an angle. There isn't a big one. A vise, a 3 pound hammer and a couple of smacks and it has the flex it needs. It's a bit difficult to unlock due to the voltage in the receiver, but overall does a good job.

This is a great upgrade when no or basic items are available. It's thin and doesn't bother. Plus, it's spring-loaded and mounts in minutes with a couple of 1-inch self-tapping screws. It takes a little time to align it where you need it. The best way I've found with these things is to understand where both should be. Loosen and hold one to mount, preferably to a trailer body. Then try holding the other side again and mark it with a sharp marker or pencil. Then go in there and hire them.
