The foam could be more firmer to support the neck.

There is an additional insert that comes with this pillow but after 2 nights of use I couldn’t get comfortable support.
The foam just isn’t supporting my neck.

Super comfortable and helps my surgery I had on my neck

Cons

It gave me headaches and neck pain.
