Compared to other faucet brands I have bought before, I am very satisfied with this after installation and a short period of use. Whether the product is durable, Time will tell but from what I've seen I have no qualms.For widely available other brand faucets that look half decent that's more than half the price.The installation was also easier to use as I've had several recently Have installed Moen products in other bathrooms. The pull out drain is perfect. I wish I had come across this product before installing other brands with a drain lever as the space between the faucet and the skirting board is limited with this type of drain no lever is needed.This alone greatly simplifies installation.To install, simply insert each component into the holes provided in the O above the sink and tighten with the nuts provided. The connections between the main faucet and the hot and cold lines simply snap into place. The easiest install I've ever done. I don't know much about this company but they have a great design. I hope it lasts. I would highly recommend this product so far and the customer service seems to be exceptional as they emailed to see how the installation went.
