That's how it's described, but it could be better.

My son uses it for school (6th grade) and is happy with it. Not me. He can't put his books and lunch bag in it, the 'charger' is the hole you can put the cable through to the battery you provided, and the glow-in-the-dark effect is weak.

Pros

Luminous Material Casual Backpack: Can last about 10-20 minutes under natural light or illumination; it can produce good light effect, can last about 4-6 hours; When the light is strong, the lighting effect is better.
