They do not fit the connectors
Splicing with these connectors is a problem! They don't hold very tightly so they slip and come loose when installed. You will also need to remove the glue from the LED strip to fit these slots. Even after it was firmly and securely installed, some of the LED strips didn't light up. For example, red is the only light that doesn't work on an LED strip, or only blue/green works. It turned out to be easier to solder than to use connectors.
