I have an Epson WF 3640 and I left the ink cartridges while I was in Florida for 4 months. I am not using genuine Epson ink and the print head nozzles are clogged. I bought a Tonha printhead cleaning kit and it cleaned the nozzles. I first placed a double paper towel under the print head and then ran the solution through the nozzles. See attached picture. I've done this about 3 times. Then I drew a small amount of solution into the syringe and pushed it through the nozzle, pulling the syringe and pulling the dead ink back into the syringe. After that I ran the nozzle cleaner about 4 times.
