I NEVER write reviews unless I think it's important to help others. I struggled for three years with my ring not fitting properly. I was told there was nothing I could do because if I made it smaller would it fit over my wrist? I saw them online and thought it was worth a try! You cannot put these adjusters on the ring BEFORE you put the ring on. it won't fit. You need to insert the ring and then slide this plastic adjuster underneath until it clicks into place. I have two rings that I didn't run together and I was able to use a wider adjuster to connect them together. Well, I'm not going to lie, it's a little tricky to get it under the ring, but once you do, the ring doesn't rotate or move! I'm SO HAPPY I found this. My husband also used one for his ring! It is great.
