I've been using this reverse osmosis system for 21 days now and I love it. It produces enough water for an ice and water fridge, a bottleless water cooler, an auto-fill water bowl, and an included drinking water faucet. We love the taste of water. The included instructions are a bit confusing as others have said and we didn't watch the DVD but didn't really need them as we did a custom install. We had a problem unpacking the block. The UV filter was missing a threaded push button to connect the elbows. We called the number in the box and they were very helpful. They offered to send us the parts and we asked if we could only get a partial refund so we could just get them from a local hardware store or hardware store and they did. Your customer service is excellent. We have city water and it brought the TDS down from 167ppm to 23ppm according to the TDS meter that came with the kit. This water was after a pH filter which adds minerals back to the water so the number would have been lower had that filter been removed. We even tested our old water filter which we thought gave us very clean water and it turned out to be the same as our unfiltered tap water. We chose to install it in the basement and run separate lines to everything rather than under the sink. I think this is a much better way than cramming it into a tiny space under the sink and wasting that space. It is also better in case of leakage and for filter replacement. After you've completed the installation and after you've turned on the water and deflated, check for leaks. The few knees you need to install needed tightening and were slow to drip or leak. We needed more space to store water for emergencies, so we took the 20-gallon tank and paired it with the small one that comes with the kit. The included small tank was enough for our daily use with 4 adults and 2 dogs. We haven't had any problems with the system so far and the water flow is about as good as you can get from a small reverse osmosis system. I highly recommend this system and have no doubt that it will serve me for many years to come with no problems. If I do, I'm sure their excellent customer service will resolve them. If I encounter any problems I will update this review.
