The Ainmeys internet store provided me with a poor experience. I excitedly awaited the arrival of my order of hair extensions and complementary items. After weeks of waiting, I finally reached out to customer care to find out where my purchase stood. My order had been canceled owing to a "technical glitch" in their system, I learned at that point. Their lackadaisical support staff just made issues worse. I had to follow up several times before I got an answer, and I was never told exactly why my order had been canceled. Their inability to take responsibility and keep me in the loop was deeply discouraging. As a whole, Ainmeys is not an internet retailer I can confidently endorse. Major red flags indicating a lack of professionalism and dependability include their failure to deliver on their commitments and a complete absence of customer service. Avoid the bother and go somewhere else to get your cosmetics and toiletries.
