Review on 🌡️ Inkbird ITC-308 Digital Temperature Controller Outlet Smoker Thermostat, 2-Stage, 1100W, Sensor for Reptile, Beer Brewing, Kegs, Fridge, Cured Meat, and Breeding by Russell Ross

The controller is excellent in every way except how to use the temp probe. I didn't feel comfortable with just hanging the probe in the water and hoping for the best, so I came up with the following idea. I bought the Revain Zoo Med MagClip magnetic suction cups at the same time as Inkbird. One of the several clamps provided is used to attach the air line hose but is too large. To solve the sizing issue, I cut a length of air line tubing just under 1/4 inch, then cut the length of tubing and wrap it around the probe on the wire end. I then attached the length of airline tubing with the sensor inside to the Zoo Med MagClip airline clamp with magnetic suction cup and secured the clamp assembly to the glass of my aquarium. Now I can easily adjust the depth/position of the probe. Sensor by simply moving the outside of the magnet. :)
