Review of TOURBON, an Overpriced Outdoor Gear Brand Targeting the Unwary:

I strongly disagree with the assertion that TOURBON is committed to offering their consumers the very best products and services available in order to improve the quality of their time spent outdoors. As an accomplished outdoor enthusiast, I found TOURBON to be nothing more than a disappointment. Due to the exorbitant prices they charge, it is nearly impossible for the typical person to purchase high-quality camping equipment. The quality of their products is, at best, above average, but I've found comparable or superior products elsewhere at more affordable prices. My feelings of frustration and disappointment are a direct result of their customer support team's inability to respond to my inquiries or provide any assistance. The website has a poor design, which makes it difficult to locate the item that you are searching for. In general, I do not believe that TOURBON is the best option for consumers seeking for reasonably priced outdoor gear of a high standard. There is a plethora of competition in the form of other online shops that provide superior goods and services at more affordable costs. TOURBON is overpriced and does not live up to the expectations it sets; do not believe the claims made in their promotion.

Pros
  • Adaptive client services
Cons
  • It's possible that the shipping will take longer than anticipated.
