Super disappointed with Gorilla Grip. They should be synonymous with quality, but that's not my experience. I ordered it and when I received it it was defective. The return was actually no problem and I got a replacement that was also defective. To me, 2 faulty items in a row sounds like a possible lack of quality control. The damage is cosmetic only and I don't think it affects functionality so I won't be changing it again. At the moment I'm expecting another defect. I'm keeping it to myself and hoping for the best. The item itself is basically a cross between a basket and a laundry bag. Handy for those who need to get to the laundry mat, but other than that it doesn't really have any advantage over a regular basket. It folds up a bit when empty, but with a little washing it stays upright. My advice is to stay away from this particular item as there is obviously no quality control. There are many other options.
