I love these lights! I bought warm white LEDs because I never liked cool white LEDs which look slightly blue. You're just too much like Tim Burton for me. Warm whites don't look like LEDs and give off a nice yellowish white light which I like. They are very small and look adorable on my headboard and on my bookshelves. Copper wire is flexible, allowing you to bend and twist the strings into any shape you want. This is especially handy when you want to wrap the light around something or have it stick out at different angles. They're light enough that you can use tape to stick them to things, which I made on my bookshelf. My headboard is soft so I just threaded the lanterns through the safety pins to hold them in place. Batteries are small and easy to hide. I also like that the wire is so thin that you can't tell there's a light there until you turn it on. I don't like the look of Christmas lights turned off because they look messy and messy. You can't even see them when they're off. Originally I was going to do this for decoration but the night I was decorating them the power went out and they gave off a good amount of light which kept me from falling on things when I was looking for a lantern. They are GREAT for emergency preparedness and I plan to hang them around the doors of my kids' rooms to use as backup night lights when the power goes out again!
