First, there is a lot of paper in the kit, the paper seems to be of good quality and a wide variety of designs. However, due to the poorly illustrated instructions, this is not an easy set. The steps should be easy, but it's impossible to follow the instructions for some of the basic folds that many projects require. My 7 year old is smart and I am smart but we couldn't figure out how to craft the depth charge base which is the basis for several current projects. We ended up having to watch videos online, which made the process much easier than the book instructions. If you are willing to seek online help, this might be good for you. If you're a pro at assembling Ikea furniture from these drawings, you might find this guide easy! We do not have.
