Finally, 4 weeks postpartum, take a moment to try them out. I've never worked with a TRX or any other suspension mechanism, but it seemed pretty easy to me. I opened the package and there were no assembly instructions inside. I check this page and others confirm the omission. I spent all of my allotted training time watching videos of the TRX and trying to make sure I had it properly attached to the door frame - still not sure as I suspiciously had some straps left. The TRX comes with color-coded straps that make this process a lot easier. Annoying enough to write a review. The straps themselves seem fine if I fasten them properly. The time will show!
