Review on ❄️ Snowman Holiday Girls' Clothing and Dresses with Festive Sleeves by Chris Ryokan

My daughter is 7 years old and 49 inches tall. I bought this dress for a school event where she had to dress up as Cindy Lou from The Grinch. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's "Super short". I think it's too short for her to wear as a dress even with tights on. At the last minute I put on black leggings which was the only color I had. I wish I knew how short it was because I would buy matching leggings. Otherwise it's very cute! Good quality. T-shirt material, so if it's cold I wear a long sleeve shirt underneath.
