If your hole is too big, measure the hole first and make sure you get a large enough pad to cover! This pad was perfect for the hole and switches. It has a base plate that mounts first and all of your switches will attach to it. The top panel is installed last, snapping into the bottom panel leaving a very professional finish with no visible screw heads. I like the look!
