Attractive and works well
I like the compact design. It looks good on my counter. Everything works as it should. I don't sift flour, so I've had to reduce the amount of flour required in recipes. For a 1 pound loaf, I use 1 1/2 cups of flour instead of the 2 cups the recipe calls for. It took a few times to get it right. I prefer the 1 pound loaf because the shape is easier to cut into chunks and the bottom of the loaf isn't as dense.
