Product arrived used with a patch job

The airman arrived in the timeframe promised, however upon inflating it we could see an obvious difference in the finish of the surface, there was an area the size of a small fist that was shinier than the rest. Looking closer, it appears that there was a hole that was patched. Of note, there was supposed to be some sort of patch glue with the product, and there was not. I am very dissatisfied as I thought I was purchasing a brand-new, never been used airmat for use in my business.
