Not for acute problems, but great for daily support
I was hoping that these pills would be a good "immediate aid" for my son who sometimes gets severe leg cramps. He works as a mechanic and hot, sweaty work can cause cramps that slow him down. He tried them for instant relief, but they didn't work that quickly. However, after simply taking a few capsules a day for a week, he found his spasms became less frequent and less severe.
